Powder Coating — This treatment is a durable electrostatic powder that is baked-on smoothly and evenly, and can cover anything that withstands the 400° temperature used in the process. Great for refurbishing control yokes.

Annual Inspections — Includes the following:
     • Annual inspection in accordance with manufacture maintenance manual
     • All recommended servicing items in manual
     • AD search through T-Data CD-ROM biweekly update
     • Oil and filter change labor
     • Solvent wash down of the engine and engine compartment

Windshield & Window Installations — Includes the following:
     • Removal of old windows
     • Clean and inspect window frames
     • Remove and treat surface corrosion
     • Primer frames
     • Install new windows with all FAA-PMA materials

Corrosion-X Treatments — Using the latest in application systems, we treat the entire inside structure of an aircraft. U.S. Army at Fort Drum, NY, indicate saving $4 million in refurbishment costs by using the Corrosion-X Treatment. Can be done while you go to lunch.

De-ice Boot Repairs — Includes the following:
     • Strip and remove all wax from boots
     • Inflate and perform a detailed inspection for air leaks
     • Identify air leaks and repair
     • Confirm leaks are repaired
     • Clean Edge Seal
     • Apply 2-3 coats of sealer/wax

Airframe & Engine Modifications — Baggage, speed mods, cowl fastener conversions, single piece and/or sloped windshields, Horsepower increase and any STC'd modification or alteration.

Structural Repairs — Corrosion damage, hanger rash, hail damage, re-skin flight controls, work performed IAW Structural Repair Manual and or AC43-13.

Avionics — Radios, IFR certs, JPI Engine analizers, GPS installations, instrument repairs. All work is done through a local FAA CRS.

Aircraft detailing — Wash and vacuum is extended to our customer as courtesy prior to delivery. In addition, we offer complete detail with wash, buff, wax, touch up paint, polish brite work, polish windows, detail inside, paint door frames.

General aviation maintenance/repairs — Oil changes, tires, vacuum pumps, batteries, prop balancing, most items in stock. Can be done while you wait.

Pre-buy inspection — same as an annual without recommended servicing.

Engine removal and reinstallation — Includes the following:
     • Engine removal
     • Clean and inspect firewall, nacelle, engine mount, control cables
     • Clean, bead blast and inspect exhaust system
     • Clean, inspect baffling, repair as needed, prime and paint, install new seal
     • Re-install engine with new shock mounts, hoses, air ducting
     • Pre oil, ground run and test flying included
     • Extras: polished parts, painted firewall, painted cowling, vacuum pumps, temperature probes
